PRANA /prä-nə/ 

Noun. The life force that powers and flows in all living forms.


San Diego Prana intends to guide its members into a natural state of physical health and mental wellbeing with balanced prana (flow of energy and life-force through breath). Balanced prana removes mental disturbances and leads to a calm mind and stable emotions. Breathing exercises and yoga asanas (poses) achieve perfect health in the body, with plenty of life-force that streamlines through the chakras properly.

San Diego Prana offers to help its members to control the flow of their energy by offering the practice of yoga asanas and awareness to the breath.

Since I started practicing Yoga in 2017, my goal has been to help bring together body and mind. I graduated from Yoga Renew's 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 with a new knowledge about the practice. Situated in the Northern San Diego area, I incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga.
